Bee Empire

Start with one small hive. Assign the bees, find the bottleneck, survive the board. Every quarter is a record quarter.

New implementation, 2026-10-18: a production-chain business game. Bees only make what you assign them to. Season hives and the isometric board: 2026-10-21.

Season hives

Five hives, five constraints. Same chain, same equations; each season changes the numbers the chain runs on, and each is pinned at its own version.

How the hive works

Foragers gather nectar, processors turn two nectar into one honey, packers jar it, couriers deliver jars to this quarter's orders. Each stage can only use what the stage before it produced plus its own stock, so the weakest stage caps everything after it: that stage is marked as the bottleneck before you commit. Nurses raise new bees (up to the hive's room); guards soften bad events. Effort depends on morale and pace. Undelivered jars sit in stock and a quarter of them spoil. Revenue is jars delivered times the price; wages are 1.5 credits per bee. Every four quarters the board publishes an annual report. Eight quarters make a company. Season hives change the numbers, never the equations: a stage's output, the market, the price, the wage, how fast stock spoils, the starting hive and which events can happen. The board above the chain draws the same numbers as an isometric hive: the shortest tower on the chain (orders included) is the bottleneck, and a flag says so in words.

Honey Credits are an in-game counter only: they are not $BEEZOS, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and have no value. Your company is saved only in this browser (localStorage); nothing is sent anywhere. All companies, events and numbers in this game are fiction. Notice on $BEEZOS and the brand: Dock 4.
